How to place

  • Exhibitors with a partner package (ranking Gold - Silver - Bronze) will be given priority.
  • All other registered "classic" exhibitors will be placed afterwards. We take into account the receipt of stand registrations according to the ‘first come - first served’ principle. We therefore recommend that you register as soon as possible.
  • Exhibitors of the DMEA special areas will be informed separately at the beginning of 2026 about their placement on the joint area.

Good to know:

  • Exhibitors from the previous year who register by the beginning of September will, on request and subject to availability, receive their stand space from the previous year.

DMEA Stand Rental Calculator 2026

Terms and conditions for floor space
  • With the stand rental calculator you can calculate the costs for your stand space (without stand construction). Select the stand type and enter the stand size in width and depth. For details, please refer to our stand registration form.
  • Exhibitor passes are already included: 3 passes for stands up to 20m², 1 for every further 10m².
  • Ancillary costs 30,00 Euro per m² (hall lighting, cleaning of the aisles, air condition, energy package) is obligatory. The electricity/water connection must be ordered as an additional service in the
    webstore of the exhibitor portal.
  • AUMA fee (0.60 euros per m²) is obligatory.
  • The promotion package - 395.00 Euro f
  • All prices are net prices and subject to legal sales tax.

Exclusive Partner Packages Gold | Silver | Bronze

Exclusive Partner Packages

Get your Gold (7), Silver (20) or unlimited Bronze Partner Package and your preferred placement.

Depending on the partner package, stand space is already included, Bronze 20 m², Silver 50 m², Gold 100 m² (additional space can be booked).

DMEA partners are given preferential placement and receive exclusive marketing services that cannot be booked individually (e.g. logo integration at the trade fair itself and in promotional measures prior to the trade fair).

Exclusively for our Gold, Silver and Bronze partners, we also offer 2024 advertising space on the exhibition grounds and digital advertising opportunities in the app / Tweetpoints. The DMEA -Team will be happy to inform you about these (chargeable) Partner-Plus services here.

Classic Trade Fair Participation

Your individual stand space in all DMEA halls. (min. 9 m²) Exhibition space with own stand Application 2024. You can calculate the costs in our practical stand rental calculator.

For stand construction you have the option of:

  • hiring your own stand builder or
  • booking an all-round carefree package via our stand construction subsidiary, MB Capital Services. (info to follow)

Important information on stand allocation

Important Infomation

  • Please take note of the different prices.
  • Deadline
    1. Exhibitors with a Partner Package (order of rank: Gold – Silver – Bronze) will be placed with priority.
    2. Exhibitors from the previous year that have applied till 15. September, will receive the same placement if desired and subject to availability.
    3. All other registered exhibitors will be placed “first come first serve” after entry of the stand application.
Co exhibitor registration

Feel free to register additional co-exhibitors to your booth via the new DMEA booth registration.

Important: Only registered co-exhibitors will appear in the DMEA online catalog and in the DMEA app. The main exhibitor will be charged a Media Package Starter(300,- Euro) per co-exhibitor.

All prices are net prices and are subject to VAT.

How do I register?

Please use the DMEA exhibitor portal for your stand registration

What deadlines do I have to observe?

There is no registration deadline for exhibition stands. As we place stands on a first come - first served basis, we recommend that you register early.

What are the costs for stand hire, equipment and services?
