STAND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT Single-storey stands in the halls do not need approval, provided that they comply with the technical guidelines. All other stands like double storied structures or special constructions do require approval. Plans with dimensions, scaled with at least 1:100 with floorplans and views, must be submitted with duplicate for approval at the latest 4 weeks before the fair begins. |

As an exhibitor, you are responsible for the disposal of garbage and waste during the construction and dismantling of your exhibition stand and the disposal of garbage and waste during the event as well as the cleaning of your exhibition stand. Therefore, please order waste disposal via BECO in good time and remember to order cleaning of your trade fair stand in good time. You can find all the important order forms in BECO.If an exhibitor wishes to commission the cleaning of his stand, it can only be performed by a Messe Berlin cleaning company due to uniformity and safety reasons. |

They also entitle to visit the conference speeches. The free voucher codes will be sent to you from April onwards. Stands up to 20 m² = 3 pcs. Each additional 10 m² = 1 pc. Additional passes can be ordered and are charged. Please consider: The Exhibitor passes are personalized and are not transferable. |

TECHNICAL GUIDELINE | STAND DESIGN | GENERAL APPEARANCEMinimum equipment: Every stand at DMEA must be equipped with at least flooring and partitions to the neighboring stands.Stand walls bordering visitor aisles may not be longer than 30% of the stand side and may not exceed 3 meters in total. Such stand boundary wall must be suitably decorated with graphics or must include transparent panels, niches, displays or the likes in order to provide an open atmosphere on the exhibition stand in tune with the event. The exhibitor is obliged to install a partition separating his stand and the directly adjacent stand, this partition shall be structurally stable. Any part of a stand above + 2.50 m, directly bordering an adjacent stand, must have a neutral finish, without any advertising, so that it does not have an adverse effect on the design of the other stand. If necessary, please contact your stand neighbors to agree upon the construction heights. Advertising facing immediately adjacent stands must be located at least 1.0 m from the boundary to the neighboring stand.
