Arvato Systems: TIM and AI - best partners
Fast and secure intersectoral communication. This is the goal of the TI-Messenger (TIM) in the first stage of development. Arvato Systems has already shown what seamless integration can look like with the implementation of KIM. Even with TIM, customers can expect a smooth integration process with just a few clicks. Best of all, third-party systems such as AI or chatbots can be docked onto TIM. A nurse chatting with a doctor about a new dosage of medication is no longer a dream of the future. But due to artificial intelligence, it gets even better: if lab results or nursing reports are uploaded as images, TIM will in future store this unstructured data in a structured form in the ePA. In the same way, the AI will be able to evaluate the data or create progress curves for patients. Ascom Deutschland: Move the Data - not the Caregiver!
Alarm overload, staff shortages, inefficient communication and long walking distances are challenges in today's healthcare environment.

With sign-me eHealth, service providers and other professionals can give qualified signatures outside of the telematics infrastructure even without an eHBA (healthcare professional ID card), regardless of what hardware they use and without any media disruption. sign-me eHealth is particularly suited to situations in which documents are signed digitally by clinics’ information systems or doctor’s office information systems.
According to the eIDAS Regulation, qualified electronic signatures (QES) are considered replacements for handwritten signatures in the digital sphere. Those with an eHBA can already provide qualified electronic signatures to digital documents.

The e-health specialist DGN is an approved provider of KIM, a secure e-mail service within the German telematics infrastructure (TI), as well as a Trust Service Provider (TSP). In the certified DGN trust center, qualified electronic timestamps and signature cards for various business and industry sectors are being produced. In the health market, DGN is the technical service provider of the co-exhibitor medisign, who offers security module cards (SMC-B) as well as qualified signature cards (eHBA) for various groups of health professionals. These cards are needed for using the medical applications of the TI. New on offer are eHBA centrally issued by the Health Professional Register (eGBR) for health professionals who are not organised in regional medical chambers, i. e. nurses or midwives.

The RZV electronic case file (RZV-EFA) has been extended by an important feature. In addition to the exchange of images in JPG or PNG format, radiological images can now also be processed in the case file. This is made possible by a DICOM archive connected to the EFA backend via IHE standards. Images and series from X-ray, CT or MRI can be easily imported into the archive hosted in the data center. A web-based viewer is available for viewing the images, which is started directly via a link in the case file. RZV is thus one of the first providers of intersectoral record systems to offer a direct link to DICOM archives and, with this service, provides medical professionals with an even more comprehensive view of the treatment events of their patients.
