Arvato Systems: TIM and AI - best partners
Fast and secure intersectoral communication. This is the goal of the TI-Messenger (TIM) in the first stage of development. Arvato Systems has already shown what seamless integration can look like with the implementation of KIM. Even with TIM, customers can expect a smooth integration process with just a few clicks. Best of all, third-party systems such as AI or chatbots can be docked onto TIM. A nurse chatting with a doctor about a new dosage of medication is no longer a dream of the future. But due to artificial intelligence, it gets even better: if lab results or nursing reports are uploaded as images, TIM will in future store this unstructured data in a structured form in the ePA. In the same way, the AI will be able to evaluate the data or create progress curves for patients. These functionalities will relieve the daily medical routine enormously and represent a true added value in patient care.
Ascom Deutschland: Move the Data - not the Caregiver!
Alarm overload, staff shortages, inefficient communication and long walking distances are challenges in today's healthcare environment.
The Ascom Healthcare Platform counteracts this by bringing together medical devices, subsystems and sensors from a wide range of manufacturers and system generations, evaluating data and relating it to each other. These can be displayed on ward dashboards, desktops and on mobile devices (e.g. the Ascom smartphone "Myco 3").
Individual alerting improves the distribution of information, and nurses and doctors can be alerted more quickly and in a more preventive manner.
Interoperability and manufacturer neutrality are particularly important. Together with technology partners from the Ascom Ecosystem, we work on topics of the future (such as calmer in intensive care units) and ensure that the right information is transmitted to the right person at the right time. You will find us in Hall 4.2, Stand D-102.

Philips: Adding value in everyday clinical practice
The digital transformation has received a decisive boost with the Hospital Future Act. To position hospitals for the future, it now needs a stringent implementation with the right set-up of medical technology and health IT. The greatest added value for employees and patients is created when digital solutions meaningfully complement clinical operations, and the corresponding processes are optimized. This approach guides Philips in finding the right solution for hospitals with their different digital needs. Philips offers a broad portfolio of healthcare technology as well as the IT systems needed to let data be available wherever and whenever it is needed. This year's DMEA will focus on our expert systems, for example for anesthesia and (tele)intensive care, pathology, radiology, and cardiology, as well as our interoperability platform.

RZV: Electronic case file now with integrated DICOM archive
The RZV electronic case file (RZV-EFA) has been extended by an important feature. In addition to the exchange of images in JPG or PNG format, radiological images can now also be processed in the case file. This is made possible by a DICOM archive connected to the EFA backend via IHE standards. Images and series from X-ray, CT or MRI can be easily imported into the archive hosted in the data center. A web-based viewer is available for viewing the images, which is started directly via a link in the case file. RZV is thus one of the first providers of intersectoral record systems to offer a direct link to DICOM archives and, with this service, provides medical professionals with an even more comprehensive view of the treatment events of their patients.
More information on the RZV EFA is available at the RZV booth in Hall 5.2 / A-101.

Zoom: Digital Healthcare - Televisit and Tumor Boards
What does the DMEA motto "Connecting Digital Health" look like in practice? In the future, it will be less about where an expert is physically located as long as he has digital access to patients. At the Zoom booth, the University Hospital of Wuerzburg (UKW) will be demonstrating the practical implementation with its teleintensive care vehicle, whereby specialist experts are connected to rounds to examine patients from (almost) anywhere. Also learn how POLAVIS and Zoom combine the patient portal and video conferencing for effective planning and execution of tumor boards. Both use cases are ideal examples of digitization in healthcare: Secure, reliable and easy to use.
