Dr. Manasi Aichmüller-Ratnaparkhe, CEO and Co-Founder of PAICON, leads the mission to make cancer diagnostics equitable and globally relevant by turning complex data into inclusive diagnostics. With a PhD in Cancer Genetics from Heidelberg University and an MBA Essentials from LSE, she bridges research, innovation, and care. She drives global collaborations and leads Remaining84, the PAICON's initiative aimed at including the 84% of the world’s population that is currently underrepresented in global cancer datasets.
Winner of the DMEA nova Award 2025, PAICON joins the ranks of the most promising emerging startups in digital health. Awarded annually at DMEA, one of Europe’s leading digital healthcare events, the award recognizes innovation, impact, and forward-thinking ideas that are shaping the future of healthcare. This distinction also provided PAICON with an exclusive seat in the expert jury for this year's edition of the DMEA nova Award.
