In order to participate as an exhibitor we kindly ask you to register/log in in the exhibitor portal and send us a stand registration with your desired stand shape and size, your products, contact details etc. Our team will check the availability and – starting in September – gradually send out placement offers. Once you confirm an offer, the binding contract is concluded and we look forward to welcoming you as exhibitor at DMEA.

You can view your registration data at any time in your user account on the portal.

There is no official registration deadline for DMEA. As we operate on a “first come, first serve basis”, it is worth registering early.

Gold, silver and bronze partners will be given priority placement. Previous year's exhibitors who send us their stand registration by 1 September 2025 can receive their placement from 2025 on request and subject to availability. As always, we will place all other exhibitors according to the ‘first come - first served’ principle. We will contact you directly with the placement proposal.

You can register and manage your co-exhibitor(s) listings in your profile in the Exhibitor Portal after sending your stand registration.

A mandatory amount of EUR 395.00 plus VAT will be charged per co-exhibitor for the Media Package.

With the Media Package, Messe Berlin GmbH offers exhibitors a selection of marketing tools designed to optimize trade show participation and promote market presence. This includes, among other things, the presence in the DMEA exhibitor directories ( DMEA Online Plattform + DMEA App).

In autumn, we will start sending all exhibitors an official stand proposal with the exact location of the stand in the hall and the stand size. After the confirmation of this placement offer in the exhibitor portal, you enter a contract with us. From this point on, a cancellation fee may apply if you are unable to participate.

Detailed information can be found in the General Conditions of Participation of Messe Berlin, § 7

FAQ Industrial Partnership

DMEA is Europe’s leading trade fair for digital healthcare.

An official partnership – whether Gold, Silver, or Bronze – provides companies with high visibility among key decision-makers, access to exclusive networking formats, and strong positioning as innovators.

It demonstrates a company’s commitment to the industry and significantly strengthens brand awareness.

Depending on the partnership level, companies should consider the following:

  • Register early and clarify the included services (booth size, speaking slots, media coverage).
  • Prepare communication materials and content for DMEA platforms.
  • Actively promote the partnership through own channels (press, social media, website).
  • Coordinate closely with the DMEA team regarding the appearance, schedules, and events.

Thorough preparation and internal alignment are key to maximizing the impact.

Partnerships go beyond marketing – they position the company as a credible player in digital health. This can lead to new business opportunities, partnerships, and enhanced market visibility. Internally, it can also boost employee motivation and reinforce the company’s innovation profile.

The choice depends on business goals, budget, and the desired level of exposure.

  • Gold is ideal for market leaders or companies planning major launches or strategic initiatives. (Only on request at the bvitg and fully booked)
  • Silver offers strong visibility with a balanced return on investment.
  • Bronze is a great entry-level option for start-ups or companies participating as partners for the first time.

The decision should be based on a clear communication and event strategy

FAQ Call for Papers Congress

The Call for Papers for the DMEA Congress is open to all stakeholders in the healthcare industry or other appropriate industries. We look forward to receiving diverse, innovative and practical submissions.

From 15 October on until 15 November 2025 we invite you to apply for a lecture with your topic.

Only papers that are submitted in full via the submisson portal form by the end of the submission period will be considered.

We do not recommend this, as each application should be specific to a congress theme if possible.

Participation in the Call for Papers is completely free of charge. There are no fees for you for either the submission of a paper or the subsequent placement.

The content design, and thus the selection of presentations for each session, is the responsibility of the respective session organizers. They are guided by the following criteria:

  • Practical benefit for users and relevance to the session (25%)
  • Professional quality, originality, and degree of innovation of the contribution (content, methodology, framework conditions) (30%)
  • Structure, clarity, and comprehensibility of the abstract (15%)
  • Adequate consideration of regulatory and legal aspects (15%)
  • Contribution to the internationality and diversity of the session (15%)

Four submission tips:

  • When writing your abstract, follow the structure guidelines. (PDF, 66.1 kB)
  • Match your abstract as closely as possible to the descriptive text of the selected congress topic.
  • Refrain from promotional content. Presentations with a scientific focus and those that concentrate on imparting knowledge are in demand.
  • Make your presentation as practice-oriented as possible; user presentations are welcome.

If a problem arises during the submission process, please contact dmea@bvitg.de.

Information on further Call for Papers as well as bookable services can be found here.
