Good to Know: Prepare your DMEA Visit in the Best Possible Way

In this overview, we have compiled the most important facts to help you prepare for your visit to DMEA 2025 in Berlin.

Arrival and Departure

With Deutsche Bahn

For a sustainable journey, you will receive an exclusive 10% event discount from us for long-distance travel with Deutsche Bahn. By public transport

You can reach the DMEA ideally and sustainably by public transport: S3 and S9 (starts at BER airport) in the direction of Spandau, Messe-Süd station.

And this is how you can get your public transport ticket quickly
Simply download the BVG Ticket app in advance from the Google Store or iOS-Store. You can pay for your ticket conveniently using Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, prepaid, credit card or Express Sale (registration and payment with Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay).

You can then flexibly book your ticket in advance (single ticket, 4-trip ticket or day ticket) so that you are ready to travel straight away and avoid time-consuming queuing at the ticket machines.

By car
If you want to come by car: Use the parking lots P 17 and P 18 Parking lot P18 Parking lot P18 (PDF, 379.0 kB) From there it is only a few minutes' walk to the South Entrance 18 8 (PDF, 379.0 kB). First Aid (Medical Services)

The first aid station in Hall 3.2 is staffed at the following times:

07.04., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
08.04.-09.04., 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
10.04.2025, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Lost property or missing items

Lost property can be handed in and collected at the large counter at the Messe Süd entrance (bag counter) during the trade fair.

Checkroom

You can leave your coats and luggage free of charge at our (guarded) checkrooms at the Messe Süd entrance. The checkrooms are open on Tues/Wed from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. We close the checkrooms at 18:00 on Thursdays

Catering and Recharge Areas in the Exhibition Halls

Whether you want to have a snack, arrange a small talk or simply take a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, our _Recharge Areas in all six exhibition halls offer an ideal opportunity to do so.

Cash Machine

You will find an ATM (ING) in the transition hall 1.2b / 2.2b

Hotels

You are welcome to book your hotel via the providers you know, such as hrs.de. or Visit.Berlin

Please note: Due to several references, we would like to clarify that the service providers Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS) are in no way connected to the DMEA!

Networking

Even before the DMEA, you have great opportunities to network: simply set up a profile on our online platform. Don't forget to make your profile visible - and you can arrange appointments, chat or get to know interesting partners or customers.

Emergency

In an emergency, please contact our hostesses and hosts, who will request assistance for you immediately. You will find the hostesses and host counters at the South Entrance and in the central axis between the halls.

Trade Fair Shop

The trade fair shop (Hall 6.2, accessed from outside) is open on the following days:

Mi., 09.04., Do.,10.04., 9:00-16:00 Uhr

Program Overview

Visitors can visit the DMEA program on all 6 program areas free of charge with their ticket. You can view the program on the website, in our Online platform and in the DMEA App - or download the international program overview (PDF, 132.4 kB).

Room of Silence

"Room of Silence" is a non-denominational prayer room in Hall 6.2 (outside entrance coming from the summer garden) This will be located in the access area of Hall 6.2 opposite the Summer Garden.

If required, pastoral care will also be available.

Simultaneous Translation

We have a new, modern translation system on the _Stage and in the _Arena (DE-EN/ EN-DE). After scanning a QR code, you can read along with the translations or listen to them through your own headphones.

Please remember to bring your own headphones!

Tickets

Simply book permanent tickets (EUR 200.00) ONLINE via our ticket store, print them out and cut them to size according to your specifications. We have lanyards available for you on site. Alternatively, you can also use your ticket online via your wallet. There will be NO ticket sales on site.

WI-FI

Free Wi-FI is available to exhibitors and visitors on the Berlin exhibition grounds. SSID: DMEA-WIFI | Password: dmea2025

Payment Options

Parking: parking tickets can be paid for at P17 and P18 with an IC card
Gastronomy: card payment is possible at most restaurants and food trucks.
