About the jury member
Oliver Volckmer has been active in the healthcare industry for over ten years and has extensive experience at the interface of healthcare, digitalization, and innovation. After studying healthcare management, he worked for several years as a project manager at the Westphalia-Lippe Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVWL), where he led projects on digital transformation and healthcare optimization.
Today, he is an authorized signatory at OHA Osnabrück Healthcare Accelerator, a leading initiative for promoting startups in the field of digital health and medtech. There, he supports founders on their journey from idea to market readiness, with a focus on business models, regulatory issues, and market access.
As a member of the jury for the DMEA nova Award 2026, Oliver contributes his expertise to identify innovations that create real added value for patients, service providers, and the healthcare system.
