Conditions of Participation for the DMEA Solutions Hub
The bvitg Services GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "bsg") organizes a Solutions Hub on selected topics at DMEA. This is an event at which several companies who have acquired a slot for the respective Solutions Hub can present a paper to interested visitors on a given topic. Companies who wish to present at a Solutions Hub must register in advance with bsg on the DMEA registration platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and purchase a slot at a charge. By registering on the platform, you agree to these conditions of participation.
1. Application requirements, Registration on the platform
1.1. Each company exhibiting at DMEA can book one or more slots. Other companies can participate once and book a total of max. three slots - further bookings will not be considered.
1.2. The information marked with an asterisk on the Platform is mandatory, as it is required by the bsg to perform the Solutions Hub.
1.3. Your data will remain stored on the platform even after the Solutions Hub has been carried out. The bsg will use this data for the planning of future DMEA events and will contact you by e-mail in this regard if necessary (cf. § 7 of these Conditions of Participation). If you do not wish this storage, you can request the deletion of your data or your entire platform user account by sending an email to dmea@bvitg.de. This does not affect the transfer of rights of use with regard to contributions already made, which is irrevocable (cf. § 5 of these conditions of participation).
1.4. By registering on the platform and accepting these Terms of Participation, you undertake to provide the services specified in these Terms of Participation.
2. Booking procedure and deadlines
2.1. The topics of the various Solutions Hubs are announced on the DMEA website. A limited number of slots are available for each topic.
2.2. Starting with the booking release on January 23, 2023, initially only DMEA Gold, Silver, and Bronze partners (https://www.dmea.de/en/about/partners/) can book one or more slots. From February 6, 2023, booking will be open to all DMEA exhibitors and from March 6, 2023, booking will bei open to all non-exhibitors. At this time, the exact date of the Solutions Hub has not yet been determined. The bsg will communicate the date and time of the Solutions Hub in good time (at least two weeks before the start of DMEA). Each exhibitor can book a maximum of five slots and each non-exhibitor can book a maximum aif three slots. One Solutions Hub presentation slot corresponds to 10 minutes. There is a charge for booking a slot (see § 6 of these Conditions of Participation). After providing payment details, interested parties will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail and must then provide the title and a brief description of their intended contribution as well as the speaker of the contribution via the platform. Bookings are possible until March 16, 2023. After this date, the required information (invoice data, title, brief description, speaker) must be provided. If the invoice data is incomplete or incorrect, the associated processing effort will be invoiced at a net cost of EUR 85.00 (plus VAT).

3. Procedure of the Solutions Hub, your contribution

If the contribution is to be supported by additional material, such as a presentation, you are responsible for ensuring that the material is available in a common format to the technical staff working on site in good time. Delays for which you are responsible may result in your presentation time being shortened to reflect the delay.
3.2. The sequence of the Solutions Hub (i.e. the order of the contributions within the respective topic) will be determined by the bsg after the booking deadline and is independent of the booking time.
3.3. You are basically free to design your contribution, but you must observe the time limit of your slot.
